By accessing our platform, submitting application rosters, or engaging our manual campaign matchmaking and legal contract brokerage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of operation. 1. Representation Scope and Models

InstagramCelebrities acts as a human-operated boutique brokerage firm representing digital creators to sponsor brands. We represent creators through two transparent pricing structures:

  • Success-Based Sourcing: Subject to a flat 15% agency commission on closed sponsorships. No monthly listing or registration retainers apply. Sourcing operates on inbound matchmaking.
  • Active Retainer Sourcing: Subject to a monthly representation fee of ₹3,000 plus a reduced 10% agency commission on closed sponsorships. Guarantees active outbound pitching to brand managers.

2. Metric Sincerity and Auditing

Creators applying for representation must supply authentic profile engagement data. We manually audit accounts using real-time reach diagnostics to protect our brand clients. Submission of automated bot reach, fake followers, or bought engagement scores will result in immediate disqualification and removal from representation rosters.

3. Brand Spend and Escrow Operations

To secure campaigns, brand partners agree to lock overall campaign spend inside our advance escrow systems before creators initiate content shoot blocks. This protects our talent roster and ensures payment releases instantly upon brief checkmarks and deliveries. The flat brand campaign management fee is set strictly to **12% of total spend** with a **₹25,000 minimum budget** requirement.

4. Legal Rights and Deliverables Agreements

Every campaign brokered by our agency desk is governed by professional contracts drafted by qualified legal experts. These agreements strictly outline intellectual usage rights licensing periods, delivery timelines, product returns, and content exclusions. Both creators and brands agree to cooperate in good faith to fulfill deliverables guidelines.

5. Dispute Resolution
